Yes, all visits are done from the comfort of your home. You’ll meet one-on-one with a provider, receive a treatment plan, and have access to follow-up care as needed.
Yes. We provide women’s health services to individuals 16 years and older, and urgent care services to children 5 years and older with parental consent. Parent must also be present at the time of visit.
Yes. Many urgent care and telehealth appointments are available the same day. Scheduling options vary by service.
Yes. You can purchase lab kits from our Lab Shop and have them shipped directly to your home. Mobile phlebotomy services are also available if needed. Lab results can be reviewed by a provider during a scheduled visit.
Follow-up depends on your service. Many consultations benefit from virtual follow-up, especially for lab reviews, prescription monitoring, or wellness coaching.
We currently provide medical care to patients in Arizona.For those in other states, I offer health coaching and wellness support. More states for medical services are coming soon.
We are a self-pay practice, which allows us to spend more time with you and provide personalized care without the limitations of insurance. You’ll always know your costs upfront.
Yes. We use HIPAA-compliant technology to protect your personal health information and maintain your privacy. Safeguarding your data is our legal and ethical responsibility.
It’s helpful to have your medication list, any recent lab results, and a summary of your symptoms ready. Complete appropriate intake forms prior to visit. For lab-based visits, you can order tests prior to your visit, at the visit, or bring results from the past six months.
All services are self-pay via our online portal or at the time of your visit. Certain labs and supplements can also be purchased online and shipped directly to you.
